News EBO MD of Jackson moving to Indian Parkway

EBO MD, a subscription-based, direct primary care practice with four locations across Southeast Missouri, is moving its Jackson clinic from 430 West Independence Street to a new location at 1334 Indian Parkway. The clinic will temporarily close on May 1 and is scheduled to reopen in the new space in July. During this time, patients can see their providers at the Cape Girardeau clinic location at 1417 North Mount Auburn Road. 

This move represents a significant investment in the Jackson community, says Tony Thompson, EBO MD’s co-founder and administrator. “As the city of Jackson grows and our membership here grows too, we needed to expand to meet the needs of our patients. We’re excited for this growth and looking forward to serving even more of our neighbors.” 

EBO MD memberships cover full access to primary care, including physicals, wellness education, consultative services, minor procedures, care coordination and comprehensive care management, as well as savings from an onsite wholesale prescription dispensary and laboratory. There are no copays, deductibles or limits on visits and any additional service fees are at deeply discounted rates compared to traditional healthcare costs. Monthly memberships start at $79 for adults, $10 for children up to age 18, and $65 for adults older than 65. Discounted corporate memberships are also available.
